SHIPPING POLICY
We currently need up to 14 days to make and ship your wig due to the high demand of customer orders we have to fulfill.
Where possible, we will always aim to construct your unit within 10-12 days of receiving your order.
Delivery is made between Monday and Friday (except Public Holidays) and all orders are shipped out with DHL Express , USPS and Canada Post depending on your location.
All deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
A signature is required for delivery to be accepted.
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will re-attempt delivery the following working day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. its a unique service which allows us to create beautiful real human hair extensions for each individual client. This requires time as specialist skilled hair technicians and colourists work on your hair. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed.
*Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. .Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery of purchase in its original packaging ONLY (bundle intact),...You have 24 hours to cancel your order after placing it, otherwise the order will be considered as confirmed, production will take place and the right to cancel will expire.
