We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. it's a unique service that allows us to create beautiful real human hair extensions for each individual client. This requires time because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases, we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed.

Payment is required in full when you place your order. Depending on the specifications your custom-made extensions will arrive around 7-15 days at non-peak times of the year. In this time your chosen virgin human hair will be made into a wig or coloured based on your order requirements.

Using any third part payment options leads to extra delay in processing payments which leads to a delay in delivery.

 

The cancellation period is 24 hours from the date/time you place your order.

Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. .Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery of purchase in its original packaging ONLY (bundle intact),...You have 24 hours to cancel your order after placing it, otherwise, the order will be considered as confirmed, production will take place and the right to cancel will expire. We appreciate your business.
